- Exact PrestaShop version (e.g., 8.1.7) — found in Back Office → Advanced Parameters → Information.
- PHP version of the server — found on the same page or via your hosting panel.
- Error logs — check your PrestaShop’s
var/logs/dev.logorvar/logs/prod.logfile. - Screenshots of the error — capture the entire screen, including the browser address bar.
