Real-Time Stock Check
Every product page automatically queries the EDIWheel supplier via API. Your customer sees the updated stock before adding the product to the cart. The system uses a configurable smart cache (TTL from 1 to 60 minutes) to balance speed and data freshness.
Automatic Order Transmission
When a customer completes a purchase, PsEdiWheelConnect generates and transmits the EDI order to the supplier asynchronously via an internal queue. No added checkout latency. If transmission fails, the system automatically schedules retries with progressive backoff.
Synchronized Order Tracking
CLI commands periodically query the supplier to update delivery statuses. PrestaShop automatically reflects the real state: Shipped to Supplier, In Delivery, Transmission Error—using dedicated, custom order statuses.
Expandable to Any Supplier
VanDenBan is included out of the box. Need to integrate a different supplier? We provide custom integration development for any new EDIWheel supplier to hook into the core automation system without affecting your existing configuration.
Dedicated Back Office Dashboard
A comprehensive panel in the Back Office featuring three filterable grids: Transmitted EDI Orders, Pending Queue, and Communication Logs. Every transmission is tracked with the full XML payload for audit and debugging purposes—directly within PrestaShop.
Bulk Stock CSV Import
In addition to real-time API queries, the module supports bulk stock import from supplier CSV/Excel files. Ideal for overnight cron jobs on catalogs with tens of thousands of references.
